To cancel your Pocket Prep subscription, you need to manage it through the platform where you originally purchased it. If you subscribed through the Pocket Prep website or web app, you can cancel it in the app's Settings under "Purchases". If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you will need to manage the subscription through your respective app store account.
For subscriptions purchased through the Pocket Prep website or web app:
Open the Pocket Prep app and go to Settings.
Navigate to Purchases.
Find your subscription and click "Edit".
Select "Cancel Subscription".
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your Apple ID (at the top).
Select View Apple ID.
Enter your password if prompted.
Go to Subscriptions.
Find and select your Pocket Prep subscription.
Tap "Cancel Subscription".
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap on your Profile icon (top right).
Go to Payments & subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and select your Pocket Prep subscription.
Tap "Cancel Subscription".
Important Notes:
Canceling a subscription only prevents future charges. It does not remove access to premium content that you have already paid for.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
